Your wellness support network
The ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ offers a wide range of programs and resources to help students navigate challenging times.
Mental Health + Wellness Committee
At the Faculty of Law, support goes beyond the classroom. Our student-run Mental Health and Wellness Committee leads initiatives to promote both mental and physical wellness. These include fun study groups, social events and educational workshops that build community and resilience.
We also have a dedicated wellness coordinator on staff. Throughout the year, Michael organizes a variety of free activities and initiatives that are designed to help you recharge, connect and stay balanced during law school.

Law Wellness Activities
Law Wellness is a collaborative Faculty initiative with students to encourage lifelong strategies to maintain a balanced lifestyle. Regular self-care activities offered at no cost include yoga, stair-training and crafting.
Pet Therapy
During your time at the Law Centre you're also likely to meet a few furry friends. Thanks to the student-run Mental Health and Wellness Committee, the Chimo Animal Assisted Wellness and Learning Society offers pet therapy during high-stress times such as exam season.
