Equity, Diversity + Inclusion

Representative of LGBTQ group OUTlaw

The ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Faculty of Law is dedicated to fostering a learning environment that values, promotes and celebrates equity, respect and inclusion for everyone in our community. Our curriculum incorporates a diversity of legal traditions and perspectives, creating a thorough, nuanced and intellectually rigorous legal education. It is through the holistic understanding of legal theories, histories and processes that our students learn, lead, innovate and excel.

The Faculty of Law offers a vibrant, energetic community with a multitude of perspectives and innovative learning opportunities. We achieve this by removing barriers through financial support, mentorship and community building, and by promoting human rights, intersectionality and inclusivity as pillars of our campus and the field of law.
