Blackout Period for Job Postings 

As part of the transition to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), a blackout period for job postings will take place from September 22 to October 6. During this time, no new postings will be added to the current Career Portal. Recruitment support services may be slower as teams focus on essential cutover/transition activities in preparation for ORC go live on October 5 to 6.

eForm Updates 

Two new fields (ORC Person Number and ORC Assignment SSID) have been added to eForms in preparation for the upcoming launch of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). These fields support system integration and Shared Services’ processing of appointments. Departments are not required to complete these fields and can be left blank. Eforms continue to function as usual for all users.
