Using the Service Portal
If you don't yet have a U¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ CCID:
- Go to
- Click on "Sign up" in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter the information requested and click on "Register"
- The information you will need to start using the service portal will be sent to the email account with which you registered. Please check the inbox, spam/junk mail and trash/garbage/deleted folders of that email account for the information.
If you already have a U¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ CCID:
- Go to
- Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "Sign in with CCID"
- Enter your CCID and password, and click on "Login"
- Click on "Submit a General Inquiry" near the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Student General Enquiry" from the drop-down for "What kind of support are you looking for?"
- Fill out your pronouns (if you want) and what your question is. It is possible that there is an article that will answer your question.
- If there is no solution article that helps you with your question, enter a full description.
- Select "Undergraduate Studies" or “Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies” from the drop-down for "My question is related to:"
- Fill out the rest of the fields as required
- Select “Contact an Advisor” to allow for the faculty to be chosen.
- Click on "Submit" near the bottom right corner of the screen
