Using the Service Portal

If you don't yet have a U¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ CCID:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on "Sign up" in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Enter the information requested and click on "Register"
  4. The information you will need to start using the service portal will be sent to the email account with which you registered. Please check the inbox, spam/junk mail and trash/garbage/deleted folders of that email account for the information.  

If you already have a U¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ CCID:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click on "Sign in with CCID"
  4. Enter your CCID and password, and click on "Login"
  5. Click on "Submit a General Inquiry" near the bottom of the screen.
  6. Select "Student General Enquiry" from the drop-down for "What kind of support are you looking for?"
  7. Fill out your pronouns (if you want) and what your question is. It is possible that there is an article that will answer your question.
  8. If there is no solution article that helps you with your question, enter a full description. 
  9. Select "Undergraduate Studies" or “Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies” from the drop-down for "My question is related to:"
  10. Fill out the rest of the fields as required
  11. Select “Contact an Advisor” to allow for the faculty to be chosen.
  12. Click on "Submit" near the bottom right corner of the screen
