Due to the upcoming MD Program application deadline, we are not taking phone calls due to the very high volume of inquiries at this time. Please note that any voicemails left will not be returned.

If you have urgent requests or inquiries regarding your in-progress application, please email mdadmissions@ualberta.ca.

If you have inquiries regarding a future application to the MD Program, please email mdadmission@ualberta.ca. 

For all transcript inquiries, including status of checklist items, please contact the Office of the Registrar through the Student Service Centre. The Office of the Registrar handles all transcript related items and assessments on the behalf of the MD Program.

It is important to take the time to be familiar with all sections of the Apply to Medicine website including Apply Now, Application Process, Selection and Admission, and FAQ.

Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply and take the time to read the email auto-reply as it provides answers to many common issues and questions. Please be patient as it is a particularly busy time of year for MD Admissions. Sending multiple requests will not help to expedite your request but rather further backlog email response time.
