Sponsorship
Employer support can come in the form of both time and financial support. Time support is necessary to complete the program.
Time Support
The ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Executive MBA program is delivered in-person. Students are required to be in class (and out of the office) for:- 16 weekends of class (Thursday - Sunday) over the length of the program
- 3 one-week intensive courses (Monday - Friday)
- 10-14 days during the International study tour at the end of the program
Financial Support
While not a requirement for admission, financial support, or sponsorship from your employer is certainly encouraged. Employers can receive a number of benefits from sponsoring students to pursue the Executive MBA. For instance:
- Financial support is not only a way to reward strong employees, but supporting employees also increases organizational loyalty and retention
- Students are able to bring new ideas and innovative approaches back into the workplace immediately
- The Executive MBA can help prepare students to take on more senior leadership positions and is a strong succession planning tool
- The Business Project required of students during the second year is a great opportunity to custom-design a project of strategic value to the organization
- Students in the Executive MBA come from many organizations, allowing students to expand their networks and leverage these relationships to benefit their own organization
Around 2/3rd of our EMBA students receive financial support from their employers.
