Yanchuan Liu
Yan is wrapping up his PhD dissertation at the University of California, San Diego, where his research spans International Relations and Comparative Politics. Previously, he worked for the Harvard Kennedy School, the World Bank, and the British Consulate General in southwest China. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College.
