Although nearly one in five ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ns experiences an addiction or mental health problem, the issue is often overlooked.

Addiction is a chronic health condition that affects people in almost all communities. ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ is no exception.

Each year, the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse holds National Addictions Awareness Week (NAAW) to raise awareness about alcohol and other drug-related issues, ranging from prevention to recovery.
