While records created during a disciplinary process are always subject to ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥'s Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FOIP), there may be times when sharing of information within the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ will happen in accordance with processes established through university policies, procedures and guidance documents.
