Change has the potential to enhance our lives, and we can maximize this opportunity through intentional effort. Whether dealing with planned or unexpected shifts, effectively navigating change requires emotional, social, and behavioral responses to maintain engagement and productivity amid uncertainty. In this workshop, you will explore the personal aspects of change, focusing on factors that influence acceptance, commitment, and emotional connection. You’ll gain strategies to stay grounded in difficult moments and practice practical tools to help you manage and adapt to change with confidence and resilience.

Learning Outcomes 

Upon completion of this session, you will be able to: 

  1. Discuss factors affecting individual motivation to change

  2. Identify models and flow of events for individual transition 

  3. Describe the critical difference between managing change and managing transitions

  4. Identify tools to effectively thrive in an environment of ever-increasing change

  5. Create an action plan for successfully leading yourself in times of change
