has named Dr. Okan Bulut the winner of the J.Intell. 2021 Young Investigator Award. Dr. Bulut is an associate professor of measurement, evaluation and data science, and is a member of the (CRAME). He conducts research in the areas of psycho-educational assessments, educational data mining, and digital assessments.
