The Wellness Supports team works with partners across campus on "Days of Action," providing information, engaging in discussion and challenging stigma at the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥.

This national campaign is a reminder to talk about mental health with each other and destigmatize asking for help. to decorate your office space or service counter in purple for Mental Health Day (Oct. 10). You will also receive resources to share. Request your kit and let our community know that talking about and caring for mental health is important to you and your team.
The deadline to request a kit is Sept. 15, 12 p.m., MDT.
