Award Winning Graduate Student in the Department of Anthropology

The Killam Scholarships, valued up to $45,000 a year for a two-year period, are offered to outstanding students in a doctoral program.
Dawn is also a scholar at the Institute of Prairie and Indigenous Archaeology, she aims to tell the stories of her ancestors’ connections to Southern ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ using archaeology. Through the use of archaeology she hopes to gain a greater understanding of the earliest connections of the Métis to that landscape.
